Rachel is a Professional Art Therapist and Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) dedicated to supporting adults through individual psychotherapy and therapeutic groups. She sees therapy as a collaborative process, grounded in relationship.

With an Honours Bachelor of Science, an Art Psychotherapy Diploma, and certification in Pain Reprocessing Therapy, she draws on a blend of clinical training and creative practice. Rachel is a member of the Canadian Art Therapy Association, a mentor for the University of Toronto Department of Psychology, and an instructor and teaching assistant for the Canadian International Institute of Art Therapy.

Sessions with Rachel provide non-judgemental support in addressing your needs, at your pace. She integrates multiple trauma-informed approaches including arts-based, somatic (body-based), talk therapy, and pain reprocessing, always prioritizing your safety and personal agency.

In addition to her clinical work, Rachel has facilitated therapeutic art workshops with groups that bring a wide range of needs and experiences, including newcomers to Canada, people in supportive housing with lived experience of chronic homelessness, caregivers, and artists exploring creative care practices. Rachel also works with the Art Gallery of Ontario offering a therapeutic art program that invites adults to access play, creativity, and meaningful engagement with art.
