Beth obtained her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Western University, followed by her Masters of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Toronto. Beth developed a special interest in pelvic health during her schooling, and began her training with Pelvic Health Solutions immediately after graduating. She is a member of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association and its Women’s Health Division.

 

Beth treats both men and women for a variety pelvic health conditions, including: incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, diastasis, and vaginismus/dyspareunia. She has experience treating several patient populations such as prenatal, post partum, post menopausal, post-prostatectomy, and persistent pelvic pain. Her approach focuses on manual therapy, exercise prescription, and patient education to enable her clients to take control of their health. Beth’s treatment style focuses on enhancing body awareness and building self efficacy. She encourages her patients to become actively involved in their rehabilitation, and ultimately achieve their pelvic health goals.
