Amy Gildner, PT
Physiotherapist
She/Her
Amy graduated with a Masters of Physiotherapy from the University of Toronto in 2013, and brings over a decade of experience in both orthopedic and pelvic floor therapy.
Amy's interest in pelvic floor therapy peaked in 2014 after witnessing first-hand the challenges female athletes have with incontinence and other pelvic floor conditions. Since then, she has spent the bulk of her career in the treatment and management of pelvic floor dysfunction, with a particular focus on pre- and post-partum patients. She uses manual therapy, exercise, acupuncture, and a patient-centric approach to maximize treatment efficacy for her patients.
