She/Her
Jessica is a graduate of the University of Toronto with a Masters of Physiotherapy. In addition to being a co-founder and licenced physiotherapy practitioner, Jessica has also successfully completed the Women’s Health Coach Certificate Program through The Integrative Women’s Health Institute. Jessica is constantly educating herself on the latest in health research and clinical education and integrates her new learning and techniques into her practice.
In addition to pelvic physiotherapy treatment, Jessica provides coaching on various aspects of individual health. While science has changed the healthcare landscape, diseases have changed as well. Preventable chronic diseases (most of which are lifestyle-derived) have become more common. Health coaches are able to mentor, motivate, inspire and empower individuals to overcome various health challenges.
Jessica’s overall objective is to assist individuals in achieving their health goals through sustainable changes in their lifestyle and daily routines. Specifically, her aim is to help women achieve their best health during pre-conception, pregnancy and post-partum. As a qualified health coach, she will listen to concerns for a thorough understanding. She will focus on actionable steps geared towards improvement. She understands that each individual’s needs are different and, as a result, embraces the challenge of guiding individuals to develop their own approach to optimal health.
Jessica offers a complimentary 20 minute initial discovery session to help individuals better understand health coaching and the benefits that it offers. The session is an opportunity for you to tell your story and what it is that you hope to achieve.
